Our mussels are bred in the Adriatic sea in tidal zone A area: this means that our zone is clean and the mussel acquire the organoleptic properties thanks to good environmental conditions.
Thanks to the patience and the devotion of our breeders the mussels are checked and selected directly on board.
Our mussels are harvested by our crews and selected using a declumping line equipment on board of our boats. Daily, the fresh product just picked arrives on our tables.
Cervia's mussels, for the organoleptic qualities and an iodized sweet taste, are recommended by starry chefs and they're present in the guide of Michelin restaurants menus. In fact, La Fenice mussel farming has won several awards for the quality of its mussels.
